With judgement of 12. May 1998 (312 0 85/98 - “adhesion for links”) decided the regional court Hamburg that the Web master of an Internet side has to take the responsibility if necessary also for contents of the Linked side by the mounting of on the Link. This can be prevented only by the fact that you dissociate yourself expressly from these contents. Thus we dissociate ourselves Explicit from all contents, which appear on the screen, if the user clicks on any Link, which is indicated on our web pages. We make ourselves these not to our own Link.
